There aren’t magnetic forces drawing people to your PROFILE. It takes work to grow your network and build relationships.

Once you create an outstanding PROFILE, you then need to ENGAGE with the people who you want to be connected with.

Once you learn how to ENGAGE, creating good original content is the next step.

Creating original CONTENT means leveraging your expertise and then being consistent with that CONTENT.

Yes, a nice looking profile is a good thing, but it’s only a piece of the much bigger pie.
