Visibility!
It’s the word that comes up again and again when I talk with people about LinkedIn.
How do I increase my visibility?
How do I get more eyes on me and what I do?
How do I get more eyes on me?
I wish I could give you a magic potion or a simple “do this and get the attention of thousands”.
Thing is there is no quick fix.
If someone tells you “It’s this easy”, chances are it’s not the right thing to do.
There are people here who tell you “Comment on these accounts and get noticed”.
Thing is, those people (with 100,000+ followers) usually don’t care that you’re commenting on their stuff.
They will never respond.
They aren’t here for the conversations.
There is however a strategy that works. I created it and my clients have seen the payoff. Proof in my recommendations.
When you show up and do the work, optimize your profile, strategically comment on the accounts you want to be more visible to and post content that stops the scroll…that is putting in the work.
You gotta commit and trust the process and that visibility will come.
It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon.
This is a picture of a couple of deer in my backyard. Days later, there was another deer that stopped by and blended in so much with the trees that you could barely tell he or she was there. Which deer would you rather be?
I’d rather be visible and not blend in.
