That’s a belief that I strongly believe in.
I don’t believe that any of us are entitled to anything.
I do believe that if people know, like and trust you, they will either refer business to you, do business with you, or say positive things about you.
That’s why I showed up and shook hands today.
I showed up for ✒️Claire M. Davis 🖋️, Dan Mott, and Nick Raeburn for their LinkedIn Live and commented and supported. These are all fantastic people and if you aren’t following them, you should.
I shook hands.
I showed up for Joshua B. Lee and Rachel B. Lee and listened in on their LinkedIn Live Audio event.
I shook hands.
LinkedIn Audio is very cool, reminds me a lot of Clubhouse. I got kicked off a couple times, but I can’t wait to see the bugs worked out and the day that it’s available to everyone because audio belongs here.
I strongly believe that one day LinkedIn Audio will replace Clubhouse.
When Annette Richmond, MA, CMRW invited me to be a guest on her LinkedIn Live, I shook her hand and had a great time as her guest on her show, talking about one of my favorite platforms – LinkedIn! So great to see Gillian Whitney, Gehan Haridy-Ardanowski and John Espirian too. My apologies if you commented and I didn’t tag you here.
I shook hands and really enjoyed talking about my favorite place to hang out.
I showed up and shook hands with Chris Hennessy 🎙📹, and Julie C. Griffin, MBA and enjoyed the hilarious “dad joke” competition via LinkedIn Live this afternoon.
I shook hands.
Then I checked in to the Ultimate Guide to LinkedIn Social Audio Events via the app. Judi Fox and Vinnie Potestivo and many many others including Beth Granger were chatting about, educating over 100 people and enjoying the new audio event feature.
During the hour I spent on it, I got kicked off of LinkedIn 3 times when on the mobile app, until I downloaded the update.
Again, bugs need to be worked out.
To quote A N D Y F O O T E, “Club what?”
Yeah LinkedIn audio is going to replace CH and it’s pretty awesome, even though there are a few bugs.
Shake hands. Build relationships.
One of the things I hear people want on LinkedIn is more visibility. If you show up and shake hands, you will get that and so much more.
