I’ve had LinkedIn Premium a couple times over the past four years (including a trial) but I didn’t find that it was worth the price.

So I’ve been using the free version for the past two years.

So as I prepare to take a break – from LinkedIn and from my business (which surrounds LinkedIn) for a couple weeks (profile reviews are going to take a nose dive, oh well, I need this break) – I can’t turn on an out of office reply for people who DM me.

No worries, if people really want to talk to me they will wait.

The really smart ones will check out this post and see I’m off for two weeks.

When I did have LinkedIn Premium the only benefit I saw was you could see more of the people who viewed your profile.

I’m all about LinkedIn, but you can bring in business and boost visibility without spending money on LinkedIn Premium.
