“Great post”

by | Feb, 2022

“Great advice”
“Thanks for posting”
“Great stuff”
“Well said”

These are all examples of what NOT to do.

When you’re engaging with people here, how about adding to the conversation?

If you simply comment with 2-3 words, how does that help your network get to know you?

Think about it.

If I go to a prospect’s LinkedIn profile and all I see are comments like the above, I don’t connect, I don’t follow. I don’t open up the window to possibilities.

Why?

I can’t get to know the person when I see “great post”.

What do those comments say about that person?

In the end it’s about adding to the conversations and getting to know people.

Build relationships here.

“Great post” doesn’t help us to get to know you.
