You can like and comment on posts here…multiple times a day…7 days a week. That’s not the meaning of engagement.

Engagement means contributing to the conversation. It means giving value in return to that person who posted with value.

Engagement means engaging with the people who you want to get the attention of.

Engagement means getting noticed. Commenting, liking on multiple posts a day might not get you noticed. Unless, you are engaging with the right people.

Engagement means showing who you are.

It’s all about quality, not quantity.
