I don’t want to complicate things. I also won’t promise that with these tips you’re going to go from “A nobody” to “An Influencer” on LinkedIn. I do promise that they will help you as work toward your ultimate goal or goals here.

Your profile might need some tweaks. Be open to the idea that you can adjust the way you are representing yourself in your profile – your picture, your headline, your About, your banner, etc. etc. etc. When did you last receive a recommendation? Make sure each piece of your profile is current and identifies who you are and what you do.

Let’s stop talking at, stop selling, PLEASE stop pitching, and just talk! LinkedIn is a HUGE networking event so let’s have a conversation. That means come to LinkedIn prepared to get to know, like and trust each other.
