I’m writing this post at gymnastics. My daughter is stretching and there are so many ways she is more flexible than I am I can’t count them all.
Anyhow, what’s the point of this?
With the help of my “notes” app on my iPhone, I can write my posts ANYWHERE. It looks to other parents like I’m just texting.
Nope, writing up a post for all my LinkedIn connections to show that it’s not about sitting at a laptop all day.
With the help of Notes and the LinkedIn app, I can copy and paste this post into LinkedIn very easily.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m still paying attention to my daughter. I’m multitasking. It’s what I do.
She is so committed to this sport, it blows my mind. She’s going into her 4th year of competitive gymnastics.
Anyhow, don’t complicate content when you’re posting, use tools to make your life easier. Like Notes, I’ve been using this app to write up posts, well for at least two years.
I know there are only 3% of people who have LinkedIn accounts who post content here, so let me encourage you to join the 3% of us.
As I told a client today, when you get nervous about posting here, just think “It’s only social media. You only have their attention for about two minutes…or less.”
Use the tools and don’t over complicate it.
